Internal action is always a generation of thought-vibration. The internal action that we are always encouraging moves you in the direction of coherence with your Source Self from whatever current emotional state you find yourself in. Internal action is always about intentionally directing your thoughts. Internal action is the mental/emotional work of feeling better. External action is the physical behavior that is chosen by an individual, and the most truly effective external action is taken from inspiration when emotionally in the Positive Zone.
The power that is flowing to you is the power that literally created and literally sustains physical reality. The power that is flowing to you is the power that extends a portion of itself into physical reality as the human being that you are in physical form. And this power is not controlling you - this power is supporting you. This power is Source Energy and it is the amassment of all that has been purely desired into Being. It is the holder of the essence of all of your personal desires, tending to all that you truly want, and literally abounding with eagerness for you in your physical form to experience coherence with. And, of course, in your experiential coherence with Source Energy you are a match to the essence of all that you have desired into Being.
Make a decision that you will, regardless of your current emotional vicinity, reach for the best-feeling thought that you can find from where you are, and then simply allow that thought to formulate naturally. Making that decision is a deliberate, effective method of directing your thoughts. Understand that the better-feeling thought is your access to an overall better feeling, and that as you stabilize in a better feeling you now have access to an even better-feeling thought. As you follow this process, gradually feeling better and better in response, you are transcending emotional vicinities and climbing the Ladder toward the Positive Zone.
