Messages from Gabriel.
You have literally created the essence of what you want in the moment you desire it. The more you put pressure on yourself to micromanage your creations through external actions that feel like effort, the more you are actually resisting what you've already created. Effort puts focus on the lack of what you want and slows the manifestation down. True focus upon what you want always feels like pleasure, like joy, like certainty. That is the focus of allowing.
Projecting your desire does not mean asserting your desire. It doesn't even mean articulating your desire. You have established desires that you've never articulated with words, but they are all known by the universe. We don't want you to worry about your desires at all. Just easily choose thoughts that feel better and better to you. The universe knows what it is doing, and it is unerring in its ability to match you up with the details of life that vibrationally match your thoughts.
We are never encouraging you to fight your negative emotions. That is not the way to feel better; the way to feel better is much simpler. Because you can only think one thought at a time, we encourage you to simply and deliberately choose a thought you believe will feel better than the previous one. When you find that improved feeling, let your next thought be an appreciative acknowledgment of that improvement. Once you get momentum going in this process, you can, with greater and greater ease, focus upon the feeling of appreciation rather than upon your thoughts. It simply feels better to feel better. You don't need to move through your life monitoring your thoughts. Just get them pointing in the better-feeling direction and then appreciate the improvement.
