Your Source Self does not misalign with itself and, in that sense, your human self does not misalign with itself either. Vibrational alignment, as we are speaking of it, is about the alignment of thought. When your human self is offering thought that is misaligned with the conscious perspective of your Source Self, the result is an emotional measurement that makes the misalignment obvious to you. Your emotions are always doing what they are intended to do. Your role is to simply pay attention to them and redirect your thoughts in a better-feeling direction when you experience emotional tension.
Your Source Self is continuously experiencing conscious expansion. Your human self is thereby also expanding, but it is only in your emotional state of joyous empowerment that you physically feel that expansion. The better you feel, the more attuned you are to the experience of Source.
Your happiness is about your alignment with your own continuous expansion. Your expansion, created out of desire, is your forward motion through existence, and your happiness is always about your keeping up with that expansion. Your resistance to your expansion is what creates your unhappiness. We understand; you can look around at your world and point to all sorts of aspects that you dislike, and you can blame those things for creating your unhappiness, but it is your focus upon those things, through the thoughts you are thinking, that creates a feeling of misalignment. We are not justifying unwanted aspects of your experience. We are simply pointing out that your focus upon them is where your experienced misalignment of thought exists.

While this might initially seem like a contradiction, the alignment of your thought is not intellectual; it is experiential. You do not need to study or monitor your thoughts to bring them into alignment with your true vibration. You can feel the alignment of your thoughts. That is the guidance of your emotions.
We want to assist you in closing the gap between your beliefs and your desires. Your desires don't need to become bigger in order for them to manifest into your experience. Your resistant thought just needs to decrease and your desires will manifest. Thought attracts. When thoughts, which become beliefs through practice, match desires, desires manifest.
You are not here to prove anything. You are not here to get things right. You are not here because your value has yet to be determined. You exist. You are alive. Your value is inherent. You are intelligent consciousness focused in physical form to create. You will always return to experiential alignment. Always. Relax. You are doing extremely well.

The moment that you establish a desire from your physical vantage point, that desire becomes real and begins strongly calling you to align with it. Your awareness that the desire is real, even before the full manifestation of it shows up in your experience, is the best way for you to begin the process of allowing. The better you feel about whatever you are focusing your attention upon the more you are allowing what you want to fully manifest in your experience.
Your power is not flowing to you from outside of yourself. Your power is flowing from within you with the absolute ability to flow through you and into your life experience to the degree of your allowing. Your power truly is you. Allowing is not something that you ever have to force. Allowing is truly about relaxing into the natural flow that creates All-That-Is. You are always in motion within an intelligent system of expansion. Your work is all about allowing.
Source Energy is not something that you connect to through practice. You truly are Source Energy currently experiencing itself through physical focus. You are not merely connected to Source. You are Source extended into the physical arena. Everything you are is Source Energy and the thoughts you think have the creative ability to align or misalign with your pure Being. You are vibration. You are intelligence. You are consciousness. You are power. You are Source.

The moment you establish a desire, you begin calling the essence of it into your experience, initiating the process of manifestation. Your job is not to fixate on the "wanting," nor to force the outcome. In fact, your work has nothing to do with the thing itself, but rather with focusing your thoughts on what feels good. It is the same work as always: establish the desire, trust the universe to handle the details, and maintain your alignment with Source by choosing good-feeling thoughts. The universe handles the timing; you simply cooperate with it.
We understand that there are absolutely components of your world that feel awful to you when you focus upon them, and you're not making that stuff up. There are problems in your world. That is part of the contrast. And we want the solutions that you want, and we know that those solutions are possible. You have to be a personal match to the solutions in order to personally link up with the solutions. We want you to be a match to what you want. We want it to come to you in the way you most want it to come to you. We want you to be in alignment, and we know that when you are, you are a contributor to the solution, not the problem.
Utilize your ability to focus to find the feeling of what you want. Once you find the feeling, begin allowing yourself to maintain it. As you maintain the feeling, you will begin to experience life through the filter of alignment. As alignment is sustained, aspects of life that easily match your desires will begin showing up in your experience. As those details continue to show up, you will experientially stabilize in a flow of receiving what is wanted. This really is how life is designed to work: You find the feeling and you feel better. You feel better, and it's easier to keep it going. You keep it going, and it becomes your dominant experience. This isn't fantasy. This is reality.

Life experience is both physical and non-physical. What humans think of as "death" is neither a loss nor an ending in this sense: Consciousness is eternal. There is never a shutting down of consciousness. Consciousness eternally evolves. Consciousness is always in motion, always becoming, always expanding into more of what is wanted. Consciousness is always opening to more and more. There is no ending of consciousness; and you are consciousness.
You are not wanting your Source Self to override your inherent human free will. You are not wanting to hand off your agency over your choices in physical reality to your Source Self. What you are wanting is coherence between your human self and your Source Self while you, in your physical focus, create your physical experience.
You did not come into this physical reality to fix things. You came to create. You came to think and to decide. You came to expose yourself to contrast and establish preference and allow desire to be born within you. You came knowing that you have the ability to focus your attention upon what you want and to allow the manifestations of what you want to show up in your physical experience over and over again. You are focused here to focus further. You are an intelligent creator.

We really want you to hear this. There is not anything that has the power to create in your personal physical experience without your personal physical participation in the creation. Your Source Self has become the essence of all that your human self has desired. The universe knows with pristine clarity all that your human self desires. But without your personal physical alignment with those desires, you, in your physical focus, are not a match to those desires. First you've just got to know that you are Source Energy currently focused into a physical experience. Then you've got to offer thoughts about, establish beliefs in favor of, and sustain focus upon what you do want. That is how you physically live your desires.
For a while we have been encouraging you to tell the story of your life that you want to be true, and that will always be a good basis from which to direct your thoughts. Now we're going to encourage you to trust the story that you're telling about what you want to be true. When you tell the story of what you want in a way that generates trust and expectation within you, and you allow yourself to sustain trust and expectation that you are matching up with what you want, what you want is yours.
Many humans, in an effort to create improvement of experience, are working way too hard to “manage“ and “handle“ details of their lives from an unwitting state of disallowance. The universe is the broad intelligence that manages and handles the details of physical life. Your role in your physical human focus, and we really mean this, is not controlling the details. Your role in your physical human focus is to allow coherence with your Source Self.

Messages from Gabriel.
You have already established so much desire that has yet to fully manifest into your physical life experience. You have already lived such strong contrast through which you have created that desire. You can, if you choose, find alignment between your thoughts and your pure Source vibration and maintain that alignment predominantly, mixing only lightly with the contrast of your world, and allow continual desire to manifest into your physical life.
You, at the core of your Being, are Source Energy. While physically focused, you are an extension of Source Energy. Your Source Self has extended a fragment of itself into the physical arena, continuously flowing power to that extension of itself. You are not separate from Source while you are physically focused. You are connected, not remotely but intimately, intrinsically, directly to your Eternal Being, your Source Self.
Your thoughts vibrate and attract unto themselves. The coherence between your thought-vibration and Source is measured by your emotion. The variance in the accuracy of your thoughts is what creates emotional altitude. The Positive Zone of your emotions measures high accuracy and that is where you receive the best-feeling results of your thought-vibration. The Negative Zone measures low accuracy and that is where you receive the worst-feeling results of your thought-vibration. That is the experiential difference in altitude. The Positive Zone is where you get what you want. The Negative Zone is where you settle for what you do not want. Furthermore, the Positive Zone is where you are clear on what you want, and the Negative Zone is where you are confused about what you want. Clarity is the natural vantage point of your true Being. You, in your physical form, are literally designed to think with clarity.
