When you focus upon something that you perceive as a problem, you hold yourself apart from the solution that has already been created. Knowing what you don't want creates the potential for what you do want. Your primary work, once you are aware of a problem, is to begin to turn your attention toward a solution by choosing thoughts that feel better as you think them.
Choosing better and better-feeling thoughts is truly productive Internal Action. As you allow that Internal Action with easy consistency, you will eventually cross an emotional threshold where External Action will feel inspired to you. You are focused within physical reality to do physical things. We simply want those physical behaviors, interactions, and choices to align with your expansion into an increasingly satisfied version of yourself. Everything begins with a thought and expands from there.
True growth comes from freedom. It defies the Certainty of Expansion to restrict desired growth. All consciousness, in its state of clarity, knows that it is free — free to choose, free to grow, free to become. There is nothing more natural than expansion, and at the basis of all expansion there is consciousness, freedom, choice, and desire.
